Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Operator I needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific’s client located in Irvine, CA.

This position is for a molecular diagnostics manufacturer and the team is looking for candidates with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 0-2 years of warehouse experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Perform an array of functions that may include picking and packing orders, receiving, and shipping incoming stock.
and materials, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, Inventory management. 99% of the task will be inside cold environment -20 freezer and refrigerated 2-8C
 

• Performs various routine physical tasks involved in one or more areas including but not limited to receiving, storing, picking, shipping, or distributing of materials, parts, supplies, equipment, finished goods, label, lot or serial control.
• Unpacks, checks goods received against work orders, purchase orders, invoices, return authorizations, or other job completion documentation.
• Packages materials including but not limited to labeling of products/packages. Counts, sorts, put printed materials in packages.
• Perform UPS/Fed Ex staging able to lift up to 45Lbs.
• Operates packaging, sealing and other equipment including motorized/non-motorized material handling machines, parts, and supplies as needed.

 
Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent desired
• Experience with SAP ERP System, preferred.
• Experience using radio frequency equipment, (RF Device)
• Basic math, problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize work and work overtime if required based on work load
