Vehicle Compliance Coordinator  

Scope: 
• Execute critical tasks on-site at manufacturing facility to improve lead time to market availability.
• Ensure registration requirements are seamlessly coordinated for all departing vehicles. 
• Strategically plan and execute registration workflows to minimize lead times and ensure vehicles are road-ready the moment they are integrated into the fleet.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the third-party registration vendor, coordinating their onsite visits to complete necessary paperwork for vehicle registration and title transfers.
• Coordinate vehicle input with the registration and planning teams to ensure accurate vehicle placement in the schedule.
• Integrate with registration team for license plate coordination of vehicles shipping to help facilitate seamless delivery of vehicles to their destination fleet city.
• Vehicle Inspections verified and completed to facilitate shorter registration timelines of, any states our fleet operates in which require inspections to be completed prior to registration.
• Vehicle Inspection requirements should be satisfied by Outgoing Quality Checks and confirmed complete prior to vehicle completing final acceptance of customer. 
• Multi-task in a demanding environment, while demonstrating ability to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of organization.
• Demonstrated success of project management and production operations process improvements.
• Proficient in collaborating and working cross functionally with development, operations, engineering, system teams and outside partners.

Required:
• AA or BS degree in Business Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain.
• 3+ years’ experience working with fleet management, vehicle inspections, and/or rental car industry, vehicle operations or repairs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating or overseeing vehicle registration, titling, and compliance processes, preferably within a commercial or large-scale fleet environment.
• Proven experience managing relationships with third-party vendors and coordinating their onsite activities.
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks, navigate multiple concurrent projects, and communicate actionable insights and statuses clearly and proactively.
 

Estimated Min Rate: $20.00
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00+/hr. Depends on experience
