rimary Duties:  This candidate will support equipment qualifications: write, execute, and summarize numerous pieces of small-scale lab equipment, temperature control units (TCU's), and instrumentation. Able to identify gaps and make assessment of best path forward.  Familiar with PM, Calibration, & deviation programs. 
 
Responsibilities:  
Equipment/instrument validation and tracking performance. Providing services to develop and manage instrument validation protocols. This initiative will support managing/updating and decommissioning summarization reports through the deliverables below: 
  • Develop and execute equipment/instrument qualification protocols. 
  • Develop and complete equipment/instrument qualification summarization reports. 
  • Analyze and interpret validation data to identify trends, anomalies and areas for improvement. 
  • Perform and Complete equipment/instrument decommissioning and summarization reports 
  • Track departmental instruments and equipment within scope. 
  • Perform and Complete equipment/ instruments TCU qualifications, associated documentation, and summarization reports. 
 
Education and Experience Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, bioengineering). 
  • 2-3 years of hands-on performing TCU’s (temperature control unit) validation and general equipment validation (non-computerized). 
  • Experienced and knowledgeable of Validation Technology of both instrument and equipment.  
  • Experienced and knowledgeable of computerized validation systems would be an asset. 
 
Key Sk ills, Abilities,  and Competencies :  
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work and communicate cross-functionally. 
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Good Understanding of Data Integrity. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • In-depth knowledge of validation principles and practices. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as: GMP, GLP, and GCP. 
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot validation issues. 
  • Experience writing and reviewing technical documents. 
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive to change, be a results-driven problem solver. 
 
Other Job Requirements:  
  • Work is performed in a laboratory environment with routine lab physical demands and normal exposure to everyday risks and discomfort requiring common safety precautions. 



Estimated Min Rate: $28.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00
