- Bachelor's degree in web design, computer science, or related field
- 6-8+ years’ experience in web development and UX design
- Expert knowledge of building websites using Wix Studio (or similar platforms)
- Strong front-end development skills: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, Angular
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus)
- Solid understanding of SEO and web accessibility best practices
- Experience with CMS optimization and website performance testing
- Ability to effectively communicate goals to senior management and stakeholders
- Fundamental design knowledge including color theory, layout, and typography
- Experience working in highly complex environment settings
- Prior experience interacting with executive teams and leadership
- Additional graphic design skills and illustration abilities
- Video production and voice-over talents
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus 6-8+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of developing and optimizing websites within CMS platforms
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule
- Must be comfortable collaborating across teams and presenting to senior leaders
- Portfolio submission required with application for review
