UX Designer

Yoh is seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to join a dynamic, high-performing design organization. This role will directly support a senior design lead and will focus primarily on translating wireframes into high-fidelity prototypes and final UI designs. Candidates must bring strong hands-on technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a structured design environment.

This position is ideal for a designer who is confident in modern UX/UI design tooling, can execute with precision, and is comfortable working under the guidance of a seasoned design lead.

Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate:$70/hour (flexible, DOE)
  Key Responsibilities

• Transform wireframes and concepts into polished prototypes and production-ready design assets.
• Collaborate closely with design leadership on day-to-day execution of UX/UI deliverables.
• Create user interface elements, layouts, and interaction patterns aligned to established design systems.
• Utilize Figma as the primary design tool for prototyping, component creation, and iteration.
• Support design workshops and reviews using whiteboarding tools(Miro, Lucid).
• Prepare, organize, and deliver assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and standard productivity tools.
• Contribute to documentation, design specifications, and stakeholder-ready presentations.
• Leverage emerging AI-assisted design tools(Cursor, Copilot, etc.) where applicable to improve workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual execution and thoughtful interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma(components, prototyping, design systems, advanced features).
• Experience with whiteboarding/collaboration tools such as Miro or Lucid.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for presentation and documentation support.
• Ability to collaborate within a structured design team and work under the direction of a lead.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-enabled design and productivity tools(Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or multi-team design initiatives.

Estimated Min Rate: $60.50
Estimated Max Rate: $75.00
