UX Designer

Yoh has an enticing opportunity for a  UX Designer  to support our client. This UX Designer will be redesigning all external-facing digital products for a large organization. This project will also integrate generative AI to create personalized, natural user interactions.

Role Summary  You’ll be part of a collaborative UX team, working alongside internal stakeholders and external partners to design a comprehensive suite of user interfaces. Deliverables will include detailed, high-fidelity Figma designs informed by user research and validated through testing.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Strategy:

• Define project goals, user types, and success metrics. Align UX efforts with broader organizational objectives.

  User Research & Insights:

• Conduct research, develop personas, and map user journeys to understand pain points and optimize task flows.

  UX/UI Design Execution:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Design for a range of users including customers, brokers, agencies, and providers.

  AI-Enhanced Experience Design:

• Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI for personalization and streamline interactions. Define points requiring escalation to human support.

  Testing & Iteration:

• Lead usability testing, analyze results, and iterate designs to improve usability and satisfaction.

  Collaboration & Handoff:

• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation. Provide detailed specs and assets from Figma.

  Design System & Documentation:

• Contribute to a scalable design system with reusable components and patterns. Maintain thorough documentation for long-term governance.

 
Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with digital products or enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
• Strong user research, prototyping, and testing skills.
• Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven experiences is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and polished UX deliverables.

Estimated Min Rate: $63.00
Estimated Max Rate: $90.00
