US Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist – Dallas, TX

We are seeking a proactive and experienced US Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's  Dallas-based HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support transformative hiring initiatives across Transaction Banking and broader corporate functions, all while honing your recruitment expertise in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will handle the full recruitment lifecycle—ranging from intake meetings and sourcing to managing ATS workflows and conducting screening calls. You’ll support a high-volume requisition load , collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help shape the future of our team by bringing in top-tier talent. This hybrid position offers a vibrant work environment with three days onsite at our client's Dallas office, providing both flexibility and engagement.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of professional recruitment experience
  • At least 6 months of sourcing and screening experience
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-changing setting
  • Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors
  • Recruitment experience within the financial industry, specifically in Financial Services or Transaction Banking
  • Familiarity with sourcing in Financial Institutions (FI)
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for corporate functions within financial services
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work onsite three days a week in Dallas, TX
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed during busy periods
  • $35 hourly max rate W2
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
