What You’ll Do:
In this pivotal role, you will handle the full recruitment lifecycle—ranging from intake meetings and sourcing to managing ATS workflows and conducting screening calls. You’ll support a high-volume requisition load , collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help shape the future of our team by bringing in top-tier talent. This hybrid position offers a vibrant work environment with three days onsite at our client's Dallas office, providing both flexibility and engagement.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional recruitment experience
- At least 6 months of sourcing and screening experience
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-changing setting
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors
- Recruitment experience within the financial industry, specifically in Financial Services or Transaction Banking
- Familiarity with sourcing in Financial Institutions (FI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for corporate functions within financial services
- Ability to work onsite three days a week in Dallas, TX
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed during busy periods
- $35 hourly max rate W2
- A proactive mindset with the ability to hit the ground running
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
