Yoh has a Remote Contract opportunity for an Account Coordinator role with our client in the Entertainment industry

• 7-Month (with the possibility of extension or full-time hire)
• Pay Rate: $30.00/hr.
• 100% Remote (Must work EST)

Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Operations Specialist to support our Audiobooks team in managing its day-to-day content operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining process efficiency, and assisting with content-related tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. As a key support member of the team, you will help with process documentation, data tracking, communication coordination, and operational improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing operational workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Support process improvements, documentation, and implementation of best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and project execution.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and tracking key operational metrics.
• Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and process documentation.
• Help troubleshoot operational issues and recommend solutions.
• Provide administrative support for the operations team as needed.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a operations, administrative, or coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Coda, or Monday.com).
• Basic data analysis skills using Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with content management processes, including legal compliance considerations and system requirements for content distribution.
• Familiarity with basic process automation tools.
• Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization
