Travel Expenses Office Coordinator (HYBRID) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in Ridgefield, CT .
- Pay Rate: $20-22/hr
- HYBRID schedule-onsite 3 days/week
- This person will be working on travel and expenses for the majority of their work. They need to have strong experience in that area. If they have experience using the system concur that is a plus but not a must have.
- Provides administrative support to one or more individuals within a specified department or departments. Support may include data entry, coordination of conference rooms and meetings, records retention and file management, and invoices through the internal system, ordering and managing departmental supplies, expense report reconciliation, training class support, and general support.
- Administrative background with experience processing travel expenses
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High degree of initiative, accountability, accuracy, problem solving ability and follow-up skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
