Translational & Clinical Advisor – Autoimmune/Rheumatoid Arthritis

We are seeking an experiencedTranslational & Clinical Advisor – Autoimmune/Rheumatoid Arthritis to guide the advancement of autoimmune programs, with a focus on rheumatoid arthritis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RA pathophysiology, biomarkers, and clinical endpoints, and a proven track record of progressing programs from IND-enabling studies through IND submission and early-phase trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on IND preparation, FDA interactions, trial design, and dose selection
• Support indication prioritization and differentiation from current standards of care
• Help connect with investigators, KOLs, and patient advocacy groups
• Translate preclinical data into a robust clinical and regulatory strategy

Qualifications:

• Direct experience in autoimmune drug development, ideally RA
• Strong knowledge of translational science and clinical trial strategy
• Established network in the autoimmune research and clinical community
