Technical Support Specialist – Mobile Device Deployment

Join a dynamic team supporting the rollout of mobile technology in clinical environments. This role focuses on providing hands-on technical support for the deployment of iPhones integrated with Epic Rover, a mobile healthcare application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and configure iPhones with required applications and settings.
• Assist with device distribution and user setup at healthcare facilities.
• Deliver on-site support, troubleshooting, and user training during deployment events.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of mobile devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records throughout the deployment process.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced clinical settings. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.


Estimated Min Rate: $25.00
Estimated Max Rate: $30.00
