Technical Project Delivery Manager
This role exists to put strong, accountable delivery leadership over the most critical initiative for the Infomediary platform this year
- Accountable for delivery success across multiple tech teams
- Expected to surface risk early, force decisions, and actively manage trade?offs—not simply report status
Communications:
- Provides concise, decision?oriented updates to senior leadership
- Comfortable escalating issues, challenging assumptions, and forcing clarity
Success in this role:
- Delivered predictably with minimal production disruption
- Risks identified and mitigated early; no surprise failures
- Leadership confidence that “this program is under control”
- Candidates must be credible with senior systems leadership—not just project teams.
Candidates qualifications:
- 8+ years delivering complex technology programs in regulated or mission?critical environments
- Strong background in integration, middleware, data movement, or infrastructure platforms
- Demonstrated ownership of high?risk production changes
- Comfortable operating across engineering, technical operations, and vendor teams
Things to avoid:
- PMs focused primarily on business features or UI/product roadmaps
- Scrum Masters without end?to?end delivery accountability
