Shift:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (flexible start/end times)
Pay Rate: $37.10 to $53.00 per hour depends on experience

Extended Worker (Contract) Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting and interviewing strategies for open positions.
- Source and fill roles efficiently using various channels and vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to assess recruitment effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Research and recommend new sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
- Network to identify and engage passive talent.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms (social media, professional networks, colleges, etc.).
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including internet, referrals, and vendors.
- Promote and utilize the global employment brand.
- Maintain and optimize the ATS for sourcing, reporting, and metrics.
- Collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Manage recruitment budget effectively.
- Mentor and train new recruiters on tools and processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 4–7 years in talent acquisition
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of engineering disciplines
- Computer Skills:
- Required: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Desired: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Tableau, data analytics
- Recruiting for engineering roles
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Working with technical organizations
- Required: Customer-centric mindset, negotiation, coaching, strong written and verbal communication
- Desired: Problem-solving, mentoring
