Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location:  Onsite – Santa Clara, CA (SCLA)
Shift:  Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (flexible start/end times)
Pay Rate:  $37.10 to $53.00 per hour depends on experience
Employment Type:  Extended Worker (Contract) Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute recruiting and interviewing strategies for open positions.
2. Source and fill roles efficiently using various channels and vendor relationships.
3. Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to assess recruitment effectiveness.
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
5. Research and recommend new sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
6. Network to identify and engage passive talent.
7. Post job openings on relevant platforms (social media, professional networks, colleges, etc.).
8. Leverage multiple sourcing channels including internet, referrals, and vendors.
9. Promote and utilize the global employment brand.
10. Maintain and optimize the ATS for sourcing, reporting, and metrics.
11. Collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding of new hires.
12. Manage recruitment budget effectively.
13. Mentor and train new recruiters on tools and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Education:  Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience:  4–7 years in talent acquisition
• Technical Knowledge:  Basic understanding of engineering disciplines
• Computer Skills:
• Required:  Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Desired:  Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Tableau, data analytics

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting for engineering roles
• Semiconductor industry experience
• Working with technical organizations

Soft Skills

• Required:  Customer-centric mindset, negotiation, coaching, strong written and verbal communication
• Desired:  Problem-solving, mentoring
