Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiting Assistant and play a pivotal role in shaping top-tier talent acquisition strategies. This hybrid position, based in New York City’s vibrant Hudson Yards or Stamford, CT, offers an exciting opportunity to support executive recruitment processes with precision, professionalism, and a touch of finesse. As the trusted right hand to senior leaders and a key point of contact for candidates, you will ensure seamless scheduling, logistics, and candidate experience, all while gaining valuable exposure to broader talent acquisition functions.

Job Details:

$25 hourly rate - W2
6 months contract - potential extension
Hybrid 2-3x a week onsite 


Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiting Assistant is a senior-level administrative partner who brings deep executive assistant expertise into a high-touch executive recruiting environment. This role serves as an extension of executive leadership, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and precision to support complex interview scheduling, travel coordination, and candidate logistics.
This position is best suited for an experienced executive assistant who thrives in fast-paced settings and takes pride in delivering a seamless, white-glove experience for executives and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and interview logistics
• Coordinate high-volume, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling across time zones
• Prepare polished interview agendas and materials for senior leaders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive candidates
• Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics
• Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, executive assistants, and search firms
• Maintain recruiting workflows and documentation in Workday
As you build expertise, you will have the opportunity to expand into broader Talent Acquisition responsibilities, including:
• Supporting candidate sourcing and early-stage screening
• Assisting with job postings and requisition management
• Partnering more closely with external search firms and agencies
• Contributing to executive recruiting initiatives

Qualifications
Required:
• Significant executive assistant or senior administrative support experience supporting senior leaders
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, travel, and high-volume coordination
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and discretion

Preferred:
• Experience in recruiting, HR, or Talent Acquisition
• Familiarity with Workday or similar systems

Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
