We are seeking a skilled and proactive  Systems Administrator  to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with hands-on experience in managing enterprise systems, networks, and cloud environments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining critical infrastructure, supporting end users, and driving IT projects that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Cohesity).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and network issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Support Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
• Configure and manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Maintain and secure network infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, Ruckus).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore support.
• Document system configurations and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours incidents.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in systems and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012–2019), Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and virtual machine management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with enterprise backup tools and monitoring systems.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls).
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
