We are representing a rapidly growing Surveying Company based in Montgomeryville, PA, currently seeking a skilled Survey Construction Specialist to join their dynamic team. This company specializes in construction stakeouts, boundary surveys, 3D laser scanning, and serves clients across the construction, engineering, and land development sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction stakeout services, including field setup and quality control.
• Support interviewing and onboarding of new field crew members, CAD Drafters, and Survey Technicians.
• Provide training and mentorship to survey field crews and technical staff on stakeout procedures and protocols.
• Conduct performance reviews and offer feedback to team members.
• Execute stakeout calculations, prepare as-built surveys and sketches.
• Develop grade sheets and present plans effectively.
• Perform survey traverse adjustments and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications & Expertise

• 8 plus years of experience in construction surveying (field and office).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Understanding of survey operations, engineering principles, and construction processes.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
