Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or related from an ABET-accredited program, with 3+ years of experience; or successful FE exam completion with 3+ years’ experience; or Master’s Degree with 2+ years’ experience
- Proficiency in structural analysis and modeling software such as RISA-3D, ETABS, SAFE, and BIM tools like Revit and Tekla
- Strong knowledge of design codes, specifications, and engineering techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work methodically, analyze complex data, and collaborate effectively with teams
- Engineers in Training (EIT) certification
- Experience with PLS-Tower modeling, FEM structure modeling, and reinforcement design
- Knowledge of retrofit or new construction projects for transmission towers
- Familiarity with project management and proposal development processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited institution
- 2-3 years of relevant structural engineering experience, particularly in transmission towers or similar structures
- Existing EIT certification is advantageous
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for project site visits and meetings
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and work authorization
