Stockroom Operations Specialist  needed for a contract   opportunity with Yoh’s client  L3Harris  located in  Henrietta, NY.


What You’ll Be Doing:
The Stockroom Operations Specialist will contribute to the company’s success by performing physical and administrative tasks supporting the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for successfully performing a variety of stockroom operations in a factory environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials, unpack, and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
• Verify quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications.
• Maintain records of received goods, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents.
• Stock materials into inventory storage locations.
• Pick items from storage per a bill of materials and distribute them to manufacturing lines.
• Pack or prepare items for delivery to internal and external customers, including small kits and large systems.
• Lift heavy items and operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, cranes, forklifts, etc., upon receipt of internal certification.
• Shift:
• 1st Monday – Friday from 7am-3:30pm @ $17.00

What You Need to Bring to the Table: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Pre-employments screenings including /Education Verification/Drug
