Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integrations and dataflow architecture projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, network upgrades, and data center consolidations.
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, security, operations, and business units.
- Drive M&A-related IT integration efforts, including systems consolidation, data migration, and infrastructure alignment.
- Collaborate with corporate development and legal teams to assess IT implications of acquisitions.
- Develop and execute post-merger integration plans for infrastructure, applications, and dataflow.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards during transitions.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable dataflow solutions across enterprise systems.
- Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across departments.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing M&A IT integrations and dataflow projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with ERP (Infor), infrastructure, cybersecurity, and M&A integration efforts.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Estimated Max Rate: $68.00
