Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years of direct project engineering experience in design or EPC projects for transmission lines
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE software
- Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Ability to foster strong client relationships and coordinate across disciplines
- Consulting or utility-specific experience
- Experience mentoring and training engineering teams
- Familiarity with project quality control processes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- A solid track record leading overhead transmission design projects, ideally in the utility or consulting sectors
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily within the Midwest region
- Valid PE license and proactive approach to safety and quality standards
