Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in supply chain, allocation, or demand planning
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, capable of managing chaotic and fast-changing scenarios
- ERP planning experience preferred, with familiarity in SAP or 09 advantageous
- Experience with device launch planning and channel allocation strategies
- Knowledge of backorder management and inventory optimization
- Exposure to retail or telecom supply chain environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience with demand/supply planning tools and allocation processes
- Ability to work in the office five days a week
- Start time around 6:00-6:30 AM
- Willingness to partner closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for continuous improvement
