Manufacturing/Distribution Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business needs, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into technical designs and development tasks.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other business systems using APIs, OData, and data import/export tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 solutions, providing timely resolutions and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve internal development processes, standards, and documentation.
- Manage code deployments and repositories on the GIT platform in conjunction with Azure DevOps.
- Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environments via Microsoft Lifecycle Services, Azure, and the Power Platform.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of work experience, education, and training.
- Over 5 years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Proficient in X++ programming with a deep understanding of the D365 F&O architecture.
- Experience in C# development.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), Power Platform, and Data Management tools.
- Experience with the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of report development using tools like SSRS, Power BI, and Electronic Reporting.
- SQL development experience with design principles.
- Foundational knowledge of the Azure ecosystem (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Application Insights, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
- Experience with integration using REST APIs, OData, and other middleware.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, RSAT, and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps).
- Innovative solution design and development skills.
- Technical writing and understanding of the Systems Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Working knowledge of Xamarin/Maui.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with new technologies and trends.
