Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB governance
- Proficiency across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Strong scripting skills
- Experience designing and maintaining REST API integrations
- Working knowledge of databases and data modeling principles
- Proven ability to develop automation and internal tooling
- Capable of operating independently and serving as a technical escalation point
- Experience with ServiceNow application design and development
- Familiarity with other automation tools and systems
- Experience in migrating teams to ServiceNow from other platforms
- Knowledge of IT service management best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience within technical teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across teams
- Willingness to stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices
