Position Summary
The Service Technician serves as a key representative of the company and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of compressed air systems and related equipment. This role is customer-facing and focused on delivering exceptional service and technical support onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain air compressors, dryers, filters, tanks, and related compressed air equipment
- Troubleshoot machine faults and interpret electrical diagrams
- Perform equipment installations, start-ups, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Complete written evaluations, service reports, and recommendations
- Utilize service software for scheduling and communication
- Maintain and care for company vehicle and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices
- Support customers with professional, consultative service
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment
- Understanding of manufacturing equipment and industrial systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on customer needs
- Occasional overnight travel required
Required Experience
- Prior field service experience working on compressed air equipment strongly preferred
- 2–3 years of experience within a service-based organization preferred
- Valid, unexpired driver’s license required
- Clean driving record required
Estimated Min Rate: $43680.00
Estimated Max Rate: $76,690.00
