Title: Senior Workday Programmer Analyst
Compensation: $70-80 hourly
Type: Contract-to-hire or 12-21 month Contract

Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Analyst to lead the design, development, and support of Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, and Finance domains. This role blends technical expertise with functional analysis and user engagement, playing a key role in system enhancements, M&A transitions, and integration harmonization efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong grasp of Workday tools, integration frameworks, and automated testing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Design and implement integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom reports.
- Conduct functional analysis to identify system gaps and recommend improvements or new solutions.
- Lead integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, including data consolidation and harmonization across multiple systems.
- Utilize tools like Kainos for automated testing and validation of Workday configurations and integrations.
- Perform impact assessments for system changes and provide solution options with clear trade-offs.
- Develop and execute test plans, including QA and UAT coordination.
- Participate in on-call support rotation and manage production issues independently.
- Travel occasionally (approx. every two months for 5 days) to locations such as Indiana, Birmingham, or Southern California for stakeholder engagement.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations and platform tools.
- Strong understanding of REST vs. SOAP protocols and their application in Workday environments.
- Experience with Workday Financials and automated testing platforms (e.g., Kainos) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in supporting M&A activities and managing multiple integration streams.
- Ability to extract, transform, and load data (e.g., DCDD processes) from various sources into Workday.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Estimated Min Rate: $65.00
Estimated Max Rate: $80.00
