Senior UX Designer
12+ month contract
Plano, TX (ONSITE)
 
As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate within high-performing, cross-organizational teams to enhance Member experiences. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, generating ideas, creating prototypes, and delivering high fidelity design solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires six years of experience in Product Design or UX Design. Candidates should possess strong skills in communication, collaboration, and facilitation, as well as proficiency in design tools. A portfolio showcasing relevant digital design experience is required.
             
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead UX execution for large-scale, complex projects.
• Translate business objectives and research findings into high-impact, user-centered solutions.
• Ability to apply human-centered design principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs.
• Skilled in facilitating cross-functional sessions, collaborating with team members, and building consensus among diverse groups.
• Demonstrated experience in applying best practices in website navigation, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability.

 
REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in designing user interfaces for responsive web and native applications (iOS, Android, etc.).
• Figma (Auto Layout), UserZoom and Jira Work Management. Experience using a mature Design System.

Estimated Min Rate: $41.30
Estimated Max Rate: $59.00
