Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer is  needed for a contract opportunity with our Entertainment client located in California. 

Job Details
Duration: 3 months intial Contract ( Potential extension) 
Location: Local to Los Angeles preferred ( potentially open for remote candidates) 
Pay rate: $63-$71 hourly rate
Start date: As soon as possible.

You have:

• Excellent programming skills in Java and related frameworks like Spring Boot
• Strong client-side JavaScript experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks like React.js, Angular.js or Ember.js.
• Experience with server-side JavaScript framework like Node.js
• Experience with RDBM database like MySQL
• Experience in object-oriented design methodologies
• Experience writing automated unit tests
• Experience with Docker or other container related technology
• Experience using source control systems like GIT
• Experience using Linux or UNIX-variant operation systems
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience building high performance and scalable web services
• A sense of urgency and ownership over the product
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering both consumer facing web based solutions and intranet/extranet type applications for internal users and partners

You might also have:

• Experience building applications using various AWS services
• Experience with cloud networking
• Experience with one or more NoSQL databases like Cassandra
• Experience working with Search/Analytics Engine, like ElasticSearch
• Experience building Windows Console Applications using C#

Estimated Min Rate: $63.00
Estimated Max Rate: $71.00
