Title: Senior Program Manager
Compensation: $70-85/hour
Type: 12-Month Contract
Industry: Entertainment Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from initial planning through execution. This role is responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and driving programs to successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in managing large-scale efforts in fast-moving environments, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This individual will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to maintain visibility into progress, address risks, and ensure key milestones are achieved.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to navigate organizational complexity while keeping teams focused on delivering measurable results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, or Engineering, or comparable hands-on experience
- Extensive experience (8+ years) delivering programs or large initiatives in complex organizational environments
- Background supporting technology-driven or operational programs within enterprise settings
- Working knowledge of modern delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Lean, or blended approaches)
- Exposure to third-party/vendor coordination or procurement-related processes is advantageous
- Comfort with financial oversight, including planning, forecasting, or evaluating program value
- Familiarity with data-driven environments and analytical decision-making
- Industry certifications in program or project management are a plus
- Demonstrated success overseeing large, multi-track initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence decision-making at the leadership level
- Skilled at coordinating schedules, resolving blockers, and keeping initiatives aligned to business priorities
- Proficiency with standard program tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalents)
- Comfortable navigating organizations with complex reporting structures and shared ownership across teams
- Experience managing external partners and tracking program performance through metrics and reporting
- Ability to oversee budgets and ensure responsible use of resources
- Exposure to enterprise-wide efforts such as system implementations, transformation programs, or operational improvements
