You’ll partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Business to plan, manage, and execute programs that shape our CRM vision. This role is key to setting PMO best practices, ensuring on-time delivery, and aligning stakeholders across the enterprise.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead program planning, governance, and execution for Project.
• Manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Build executive-ready updates, dashboards, and roadmaps.
• Drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Support portfolio-level prioritization and strategy for the Sales Domain.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5–7+ years in program or product management within tech or CRM domains.
• Experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and PMO frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s (Master’s a plus) in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Estimated Min Rate: $112000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $160000.00
