• Job Summary
  We seek a highly experienced Senior Product Expert with a deep understanding of Medicare and Retirement insurance within the healthcare payer industry. This role will drive strategic product initiatives, enhance Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Medicare, and Medicaid insurance products, enrollment process, claims processing, and member experience optimization.
  Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Retirement Insurance products.
• Market & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product alignment with CMS guidelines, state regulations, and evolving healthcare policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, compliance, provider networks, and technology teams, to optimize product offerings.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, claims data, and member feedback to drive product enhancements.
• Innovation & Modernization: Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and enhanced member engagement strategies.
• Medicare Enrollment & Retention: Develop strategies to improve member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through competitive benefit design and cost management.
• Partnerships & Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party administrators (TPAs), provider groups, and government agencies to streamline operations.

Estimated Min Rate: $63.00
Estimated Max Rate: $90.00
