Senior Privacy Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst to lead and scale privacy initiatives within our cybersecurity team. This role is central to maturing our privacy program and ensuring our products and operations protect user and employee data by design. You will work cross-functionally to shape and implement privacy policies, ensure legal compliance, and foster a culture of privacy across the organization.
Scope:
• Lead and manage core privacy initiatives across teams and products.
• Develop, implement, and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses for products and services.
• Advise internal stakeholders on privacy requirements and best practices.
• Support incident response and regulatory inquiries related to data privacy.
• Deliver privacy training and awareness to employees.
• Monitor evolving privacy laws and industry trends.
• Assist in managing privacy tools and platforms.
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or a related domain.
• Strong understanding of U.S. privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., CCPA and other state laws).
• Hands-on experience with privacy risk assessments and compliance programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Pluses:
• Background in telecommunications or adjacent industries.
• Privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT.
• Familiarity with privacy-by-design principles.
• Technical fluency in data protection technologies and tools.
• Experience working in fast-moving or high-growth environments.
Estimated Min Rate: $50.00
Estimated Max Rate: $75.00+ Depends on experience
