Yoh has an immediate,  direct placement  opportunity for a  Regional HR Operations Manager, to join our client on a  hybrid  schedule, in  Wayne, PA.

  • Up to 133K/yr. and 15% STI bonus incentive
  • ***Must be located within 50 miles of Wayne, PA resume must clearly indicate location***
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility is key, & required for international meetings) 
    • Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite required
    • 2–4 days onsite during onboarding (first 1–2 months)
  • Interview Process:  3 rounds (In person & virtual)
What You Will Be Doing
  • This position will have three direct reports requiring 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Manage HR services including HR Administration, Benefits Administration, Recruitment Coordination, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, and strategic HR projects.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely and accurate HR processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Actively participate in HR and payroll operations, mentoring team members and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Implement and oversee HR initiatives aligned with global strategies.
  • Standardize HR operational processes across regions to ensure consistent employee experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation in the USA and Canada, ensuring compliance and managing risk.
  • Represent North America in the Global HR Operations Leadership Team and Canada HR leadership.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contractual compliance.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements and automation.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6 years in HR Operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance in the USA and Canada.
  • 5+ years of experience in Benefits Administration, including open enrollment, vendor coordination, and compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment support and leave management (FMLA, ADA, parental leave).
  • Payroll support experience in the US and Canada, including audits, reconciliation, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
  • Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud (preferred), Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving payroll efficiency, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
