- Pay Rate: $62-75/hr. (max hourly rate)
- 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday OT as necessary
- 8-12 years exp of marketing experience for B2B technology companies
with Sales, Client Success, and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure programs are aligned to business priorities and delivering measurable impact.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own end-to-end client marketing strategy and execution, delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline, engagement, and revenue
- Take direct accountability for pipeline performance, optimizing programs and continuously improving ROI through data-driven decision making
- Partner closely with Sales and Client Success leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and accelerate revenue growth
- Use data, analytics, and AI to generate insights, refine targeting, and modernize go-to-market strategies
- Develop and execute customer lifecycle and segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, high-impact experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and global teams to ensure alignment and maximize program effectiveness
- Serve as a strategic voice in the business, regularly presenting results, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Bring innovative ideas and fresh thinking to evolve marketing programs, improve engagement, and enhance performance
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; preferred fields include Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation, growth, or client/lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record of owning or driving pipeline performance and delivering measurable impact on revenue
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance, generate insights, and optimize programs
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Client Success teams to align marketing strategy with business goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools(e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/Eloqua, analytics platforms)
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the B2B sales cycle Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
- Curiosity and openness to innovation, including leveraging AI and new approaches to improve marketing effectiveness
