About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer who remains highly hands-on and enjoys contributing to both application development and higher-level technical decisions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the full stack, particularly with React, JavaScript, C#, and .NET Core, along with a strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET Core, React, and JavaScript
- Make and communicate architectural and technical design decisions
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns
- Evaluate different technical approaches and explain the reasoning behind architectural decisions
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software across the application stack
- Collaborate with other developers and technical stakeholders on application design and implementation
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to long-term solutions
- Continue writing production-quality code while providing senior-level technical guidance
- Approximately 15+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong, recent hands-on development experience
- Strong proficiency with C# and .NET Core
- Strong experience with React and JavaScript
- Solid full-stack development background
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind technical and architectural decisions
- Experience designing and developing scalable applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, onsite environment
- 4 days per week onsite in Irving, TX with 1 remote day
- Candidates must be comfortable remaining hands-on with development
- A mandatory onsite technical interview is part of the process
