Senior Financial Automation Analyst

The Senior Financial Automation Analyst will design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions within the Corporate Accounting and Finance Department using various automation tools.

Essential Functions:

• Identify infrastructure efficiencies within the current automation framework.
• Gather requirements on new and existing processes to prepare for automation.
• Manage projects and support full lifecycle implementation of automation projects.
• Lead day-to-day system maintenance and production support related to automation efforts.
• Adhere to automation best practices across all process automation deliverables.
• Quickly learn new technologies and apply them to automation builds.
• Maintain effective relationships with end users.
• Review automation team best practices based on the current approach.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of eight years of relevant accounting/finance/technology experience; public accounting experience is a plus.
• Ability to influence change thoughtfully and positively.
• Strong project management skills and a strategic perspective.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• UiPath experience required; Alteryx experience preferred; Microsoft Power Platform experience required.

Estimated Min Rate: $56.00
Estimated Max Rate: $80.00
