Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)
Terms - 3 Months Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $50/hr-$55/hr
Salary: $95K-$120K base+ 10% Bonus
The team is looking to add a Level 2/Level 3 Windows Desktop Administrator to support a rapidly growing user base that has more than doubled over the past year.
The role is heavily focused on supporting Windows 11 laptops, Citrix-hosted VDI, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365.
The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for endpoint issues, troubleshoot problems, perform deployments, onboard and offboard users, and escalate infrastructure issues to specialized teams when necessary.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong experience supporting Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
- Hands-on administration and support of Microsoft Intune (device deployment, Autopilot, endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding).
- Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Microsoft 365/Exchange Online administration and support.
- Level 2/Level 3 desktop troubleshooting experience.
- Experience deploying and provisioning endpoint devices.
- Ability to recognize when issues require escalation to infrastructure teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Intune engineering and application deployment experience.
- PowerShell scripting (preferred, not required).
- Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO).
- Experience supporting developer workstations and development tools.
- Mobile device management for iPhones, iPads, and Android devices through Intune.
- Experience migrating on-premises VDI environments to cloud-based solutions (future initiative).
- Familiarity with endpoint security platforms (vendor experience is transferable).
