Overview
The client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with the executive team in understanding newly acquired teams and assessing the status of their ongoing projects. This role will be part of the Enterprise Data / Products team and will focus on analyzing project data, verifying billing codes, and consolidating financial information to enable informed strategic decisions and effective budget management.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will play a critical role in tracking project and program metrics across a large portfolio, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project and program data to assess progress and performance.
• Verify billing codes and consolidate financial information for accurate reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate information.
• Track and maintain metrics for a diverse portfolio of projects.
• Support executive leadership with clear and concise reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of business and project management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work inquisitively to uncover insights and potential issues.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience in the data or technology sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Estimated Min Rate: $38.50
Estimated Max Rate: $57.50
