SDM Analyst (Supply and Demand Coordination)

Scope:
• Maintain and update shipment data against the production plan using the internal allocation platform at both SDS and program levels, organized by manufacturing site, including quantity, shipment status, and tracking information.
• Reconcile existing and forecasted allocations with Clear to Build (CTB) reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials by build location.
• Address mismatches between supply allocations and production needs by working closely with TPMs and MPMs to adjust plans and verify PO coverage is in place to prevent schedule delays.
• Track progress of the build plan in comparison to the master production schedule (MPS) and allocated budget and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Input and manage component pricing, lead times, and country of origin (COO) details in the CBOM system based on supplier data.

Required:
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and use advanced formulas with confidence.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and consolidate data from multiple sources and formats into a unified and standardized template for supply chain use.
• Proactive in identifying inconsistencies or gaps in data, and comfortable reaching out to responsible parties for clarification and resolution.
• Prior experience in supply and demand planning or related areas within supply chain operations.
 

Estimated Min Rate: $15.00
Estimated Max Rate: $20.00/hr+. (Depends on work experience)
