Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, supporting multiple user groups.
- Design and optimize declarative solutions using Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and other native tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical architects to translate functional requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Govern the balance between declarative and programmatic approaches to ensure efficient and maintainable implementations.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility across the org.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity through deduplication strategies and integrated workflows.
- Coordinate and execute changes to the Salesforce configuration, including page layouts, record types, custom fields, and automation.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, evaluating and implementing new features and AppExchange solutions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with development teams to refactor custom code into declarative solutions when possible.
- Maintain system documentation, policies, and user training materials.
- Work with third-party vendors to implement integrations and platform enhancements.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools such as GitHub and version control systems.
- 7+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required.
- Additional certifications such as Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin are strongly preferred.
- Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including custom objects and complex automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
- Experience working with Omni-Channel, CTI, and contact center-related functionality.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, version control (e.g., Git), and standard SDLC practices.
- Proven ability to manage large data imports, integrations, and automated processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a team of Salesforce Admins.
- Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
- Proficiency in building advanced reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Slack, VS Code, and Tableau.
- Experience working with managed packages, connected apps, and other AppExchange solutions.
- Exposure to Salesforce-native agent platforms or call center implementations.
- Agile/Scrum experience; comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
