Member Relations & Financial Operations Analyst

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Member Relations & Financial Operations Analyst to support relationship management, data reporting, and sales coordination activities within a dynamic financial services environment. This role serves as a key liaison between internal departments and external member institutions, ensuring smooth processing of financial transactions, accurate reporting, and effective communication across multiple initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage a variety of member-related financial requests, including advances, letters of credit, program applications, and enrollment activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate advance cancellations, prepayments, swap bookings, and related transactions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with member institutions to anticipate needs, discuss upcoming maturities, and identify business development opportunities.
  • Support event engagement and outreach initiatives such as webinars, market updates, and conferences.
  • Track and manage member-specific data, including upcoming maturities, collateral verification, and portfolio reporting.
  • Coordinate the resolution of collateral issues, safekeeping inquiries, and funding discrepancies.
  • Assist with gathering and maintaining member certifications and compliance documentation on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Maintain and update member contact databases for internal communication and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns related to event participation, product awareness, and follow-up on key business initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare financial analyses and sales presentations supporting the delivery of products and services.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in financial services).
  • 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial operations, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and related regulatory or compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, multi-sheet reporting, data filtering).
  • Experience with SQL and data warehouse structures (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for member visits or industry events.


Estimated Min Rate: $25.00
Estimated Max Rate: $40.00
