Safety Compliance Auditor (Contractor) Location: Suite 128, 25800 N Norterra Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85085
Work Type: 100% Onsite
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First 6 months)
Pay Rate:$22 – $38 hour

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Compliance Auditor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring workplace safety and compliance with 6S standards within a high-tech manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily audits of assigned areas or tool groups to ensure compliance with 6S standards.
  • Verify that work areas are free of hazards, and that barricading and signage are properly placed and legible.
  • Review completion of required documentation (Pre-Task Plans, LOTO tags, interlock defeat tags) for compliance.
  • Validate that LOTO devices and interlock defeat tags match Pre-Task Plan documents and are correctly installed.
  • Communicate unresolved issues or violations to the Ramp Safety Coordinator (RSC).
  • Document and report findings and corrective actions at the end of each shift using provided templates.
  • Participate in incident investigations as needed.
  • Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with internal teams and customer staff.
  • Spend approximately 80% of time on the fab floor, requiring extended periods of standing and walking.
Requirements
  • OSHA 30 Certification(or higher) – Mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Estimated Min Rate: $24.50
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
