Registered Nurse needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Hatboro, PA. This is a 'Traveling Nurse' position for group homes for adults with IDD.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9a-5:30p
Duration: 4 months with possible extension or direct placement
Pay:$35-40/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Travel to Group Homes within Bucks/Montgomery/Philadelphia Counties.
  • Visit residents who are hospitalized or in rehab.
  • Manage medical care for their case load and work closely with IDD Interdisciplinary Team and Physician.
  • Attend meetings.
  • Duties as assigned.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Active RN License
  • Must be able to lift/transfer
  • Proficient with computer skills (Microsoft outlook)
  • BLS upon hire
