Research Scientist, DMPK

Yoh is hiring for a Research Scientist, DMPK.  We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analytical/Bioanalytical Chemist to support both in vitro and in vivo studies focused on ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion). This hands-on lab-based role is ideal for someone with strong experience in cellular incubation, biological sample extraction, and advanced analytical techniques.

Compensation:$48-52/hr (based upon experience)
Type: Contract 12-months / On-Site (full-time)

Job Functions:

• Conduct cellular uptake and metabolite profiling assays
• Prepare biological samples and perform LC-MS analysis
• Process raw data, maintain ELN records, and write study reports
• Support method development and drug metabolite identification
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize lab procedures
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and documentation standards
• Maintain accurate records of samples, reagents, and experimental workflows
• Foster a collaborative and organized lab environment

Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of lab experience in industry or academia
• Solid understanding of drug metabolism and ADME principles
• Hands-on experience with cell incubation and LC-MS/LC-UV quantification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and GraphPad
• Familiarity with Sciex and Thermo mass spectrometers and software (Analyst, Xcalibur) is a plus
