Pay Range:$25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Duration: Approved through June 30, 2026; extension and direct hire are possible but not assured—dependent on client needs and budget.

Position Overview We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our client’s talent acquisition team. This is a remote contract role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): maintain records, update user rights, add/remove requisitions, prepare reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Post job opportunities on external job boards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct entry-level phone interviews.
  • Schedule candidate interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), including travel coordination when necessary.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events such as college and community career fairs.
  • Track EEOC/OFCCP compliance.
  • Stay current on applicable employment laws.
  • Respond to recruitment-related inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and applicants.
  • Assist job seekers with application processes and status updates.
  • Collect and document internal transfer forms.
  • Compile recruiting metrics and produce ad hoc reports.
  • Track and reconcile budgets related to departmental and company-wide headcount.
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education in HR or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in administrative, office support, or HR-related roles.
  • Previous recruiting or HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Collaborative team player with excellent time management and customer service skills.


Estimated Min Rate: $25.00
Estimated Max Rate: $30.00
