Remote Part Time Visualization Analyst

Visualization Analyst (Part-Time, Remote) Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)
Schedule: Part-Time | 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET)
Pay Rate:$25.00 – $29.00 per hour
Position Type: Non-Exempt | OT Eligible
Duration: Approx. 6-month project engagement
Desired Start Date:  Immediate

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Visualization Analyst to support a special project within a Process Excellence organization. This fully remote, part-time opportunity is ideal for a data visualization professional who excels at transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decision-making.

The successful candidate will leverage visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel to analyze, validate, and present data while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

? Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
• Prepare, process, and visualize data using Power BI and spreadsheet tools
• Perform QA/QC checks to maintain high-quality reporting standards
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to support business decisions
• Utilize formula and query languages including DAX, Power Query, and M Code
• Maintain access to critical systems and information sources
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Support ongoing business process and digital data initiatives

? Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in data visualization or a related analytical role
• Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and M Code
• Strong understanding of business processes, information systems, and digital data formats
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving abilities and initiative
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
