We are looking for a head of credit who would be compensated $300K all in including bonus plus equity. He/she would manage a small team and be expected to own the function fully and work in a very hands on way. 10% bonus, equity.

Head of Credit
10+ Years’ experience in Consumer Credit
 
Key Requirements:

  • Running the End-to-End Credit function (Underwriting to Collections Strategy)
  • Take over monthly credit committee process & monitoring credit portfolio
  • Working with third party vendor for building new credit models
  • Ideally Start-up Experience 
Main Items:
Credit policy/strategy
-credit modeling oversight (this is outsourced so need to manage the vendor)
-School performance monitoring
-Credit performance modeling 
-Credit guardrails
-loss and revenue forecasting
-collections strategy

 

Estimated Min Rate: $157500.00
Estimated Max Rate: $225000.00
