Summary:
This role is to primarily supports Prime Services and Collateral Management and Funding business lines. Responsibilities include managing Cash Prime Brokerage, Repo and Securities Lending margining activities. An understanding of US regulatory margin practices within the Prime Services space is a must have for this role.

Typical Day in Role:
• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
• Support and oversee the daily margining activities within the aforementioned product classes, both from a bilateral and Tri-Party perspective
• Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
• Eeffectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk
• Responsible for Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
• Demonstrates strong leadership and takes initiative to develop coaching and feedback capabilities with regard to being an SME in the team / problem solver

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Margining experience within Collateral Operations (Cash Prime Brokerage, Repo and Securities Lending)
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of 3+ people
• 2+ years of experience Managing multiple depositories to ensure proper collateralization and settlements
• Good knowledge of the Mark-to-market (MTM) process, daily Contract Compare, exposure monitoring
• Firm understanding of collateral movements in both the bilateral and Tri-Party
• Strong understanding of US regulatory margin practices within the Prime Services space
• Strong understanding of all FINRA related margining regulations
• Experience using Equilend, SwapOne, Global1, DTCC, Loanet, Access Edge, Colline and ADP (ideal but not required)

Estimated Min Rate: $45.00
Estimated Max Rate: $50.00
