HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE
PAY RATE RANGE FROM $25.00 TO $30.00 PER HOUR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL)

Recruiter (Manufacturing) needed in Albany, Georgia 31707 for a long-term contract opportunity with Yoh’s client.

• Full life-cycle recruiting
• Hourly manufacturing candidate sourcing
• Targeted sourcing strategies
• Highly developed communication skills - both written and verbal
• Applicant tracking system

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, relationship management, including the offer and closing of candidates
• Build solid relationships with hiring managers and develop a keen understanding of team dynamics and the skills and experiences needed to continue the growth and success of the business
• Act as an ambassador of the organization and help create a strong employer-of-choice brand
• Use knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies for open positions
• Leverage multiple sourcing tools to identify and attract highly skilled diverse talent
• Keep managers and candidates informed on the status of the process
• Partner effectively with HR Business Partners to ensure the talent needs of the organization are met
• Drive an efficient hiring process and maintain quality pipeline metrics via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

What You Need to Bring to the Table:  

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter
• Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent for niche roles and in challenging talent markets, specifically experience in attracting talent across North America into manufacturing roles
• Demonstrated expert level capabilities in direct sourcing talent
• Highly developed communication skills - both written and verbal
• Prior agency experience is a plus
• Strong consulting and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with superior organizational skills, integrity and follow through.
• Strong relationship management experience and closing skills
• Strong self-starter and dot-connector that sees the big picture and drives processes to deliver desired outcomes
