Yoh is seeking a Receiving Inspector for a contract opportunity with our client, L3Harris, in Henrietta, NY. This position will inspect incoming electronic, mechanical, and fabricated components used in the production of advanced tactical communications products.
What You'll Do
- Inspect and test incoming parts, materials, and components for quality and specification compliance.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and procurement documentation.
- Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Use measurement and inspection tools to approve or reject incoming materials.
- Document inspection results electronically.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Receiving Inspection experience preferred.
- Experience with measurement tools such as calipers, ohm meters, and magnification aids.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and computer skills.
- Ability to pass background check and drug test.
- Experience in electronics or manufacturing inspection.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of IPC-600 and/or IPC-620 is a plus.
