R&D Project Manager

R&D Project Manager  needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific’s client located in  Swiftwater, PA.
 
This position is part of a major  pharmaceutical company, and requires a  Bachelor’s of Science degree. Schedule is  full-time M-F (7am-8am start time, 8 hour shift)  and may require flexibility to work some evenings and overtime due to projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end efforts to scope, develop, and handle program/project plans/schedules/deliverables/statuses; ensure project timelines are appropriately led throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead initiatives that support a more efficient operation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to effectively lead project delivery and ensure value realization and develop/track corrective actions and lessons learned when requirements are not met.
• Lead project kick-off meetings to inform internal clinical labs of project goals, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Adhere to the PMP standards, utilizing industry best practices and techniques throughout entire project execution.
• Develop and implement process improvements in order to create more efficiency and consistency across the organization.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences field or equivalent.
• PMP certification.
• 3 or more years of experience managing high-volume and complex biopharma projects and programs that required coordination of activities across multiple departments and external partners.
• Deep experience in advanced laboratory operations.
• Strong organization skills, with attention to priorities, and responding in a timely manner.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and increased productivity and think strategically, analytically, and creatively to problem solve.
• Prepare reports or presentations for Senior Leadership as appropriate.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships, resolve conflict, and influence the work and outcomes of team members even if they are not direct reports.
• Strong organization skills, with attention to priorities, and responding in a timely manner.

Estimated Min Rate: $40.00
Estimated Max Rate: $60.00
